Boxing: A boxing workout combining impact and cardio training, with focus on using correct technique to create a full body conditioning workout. This is fast paced, intense and lots of fun. You will be pushed beyond your limits, and motivated to be the best you can be!

Circuit:
Tone and strengthen your whole body and improve flexibility, with emphasis on your abs and core. A total body workout for all levels.

Cardio Circuit: A full body cardio workout suitable for all levels, high impact involved, which can be modified to suit you. A great fat burner.

Cycle:
Stationary bike cycling class. Great cardio workout, pick your pace and cycle away.

Pilates: Pilates is a full-body workout and focuses on strengthening your core as well as increasing flexibility and toning your body. This class is taught with different levels of exercises, using modifications, so beginners are welcome.

Yoga:
An ancient system of breathing practices, physical exercises and postures, and meditation intended to intergrate body, mind and spirit.

Stretch: A relaxing class focusing on a combination of full body stretching and breathing this class will increase range of  motion, help improve balance, posture and flexibility and reduces muscle tightness.

Cycle Express: A 30 minute high intensity stationary bike cycling class. Great cardio workout .
