One of the keys to running a successful Full Service Health Club is having the right equipment. We've cut no corners at on quality at Castlereagh Aquatic & Fitness Centre and have invested in your comfort and safety.
We are constantly upgrading our facility and currently offer the following amenities: -
- Cybex Treadmills, Arc Trainers, Upright & Recumbent bikes, Steppers and Concept II Rowers
- Cybex, Epic & Freemotion Resistance Equipment and free weights
- 2 stretching areas are available with air rollers, fit-balls and stretching mats
- Boxing area with bags, floor to ceiling ball and skipping ropes
- SQUASH COURTS- 2 Competition sized, glass backed squash courts with viewing area
