Roger Jones

Whilst growing up I was involved in a multitude of sports, so it was a natural
progression to study sport and exercise further at university. I have worked in the Health & Fitness industry for five years having managed the sports association and gymnasium at Charles Darwin University, as well as worked with Junior Academy squads and one-on-one coaching/training.

Philosophy:

Whether its dealing with elite athletes, or general health clients my philosophy is the same; to use research based exercise techniques to guide clients to their health and fitness goals, with an emphasis on both specific and functional programs.

•    Master of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning)
•    Bachelor of Science (Exercise & Sport Science)
•    Master Trainer - Certificate III & IV in Fitness
•    ACSA Strength & Conditioning Coach Level 1
•    mAAESS (Australian Association for Exercise & Sports Science)
